[FEAT] Alternate stack lists

Would like to have alternate stack list on a main app.

Would it be possible to have two different stacks in the same app depending on if you swipe up or swipe down on that app?

I saw someone mention here that they want nested stacks in order to increase the number of apps they can have within one main app. They said they want to swipe up on an app that’s already in a stack so they can start another stack within that app. I don’t really care too much about that request, but what about having an alternate stack depending on which way you swipe? I feel that something like this might be a little more intuitive, but i don’t know how feasible it would be to produce.
Been digging your tweak so far, can’t wait for dock support<3
