Adding tutorials

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we prepare a FIWARE workshop for engineers. For this workshop, we require exercises that the participants can do to learn how to use the library. Basically, the exercises should not exceed the complexity of the examples but be structured as exercise + solution.
The exercises should be possible to solve on Ubuntu OS and Windows OS.

Add a directory for tutorials and add the exercises.
If there are requirements please add them in an additional requirements file.
