Describe the bug
The strict version requirements causes incompatibility with other package. For example, see N5GEH/n5geh.tools.entirety#152, where pydjantic has version conflict with filip.
Suggested change
pydantic-settings>=2.1.0,<2.3.0
or even
pydantic-settings>=2.1.0,<3.0.0
