Can we add new population?

Hi!

Thank you for developing such a wonderful tool!
We are using arcasHLA for the extraction of HLA reads and typing alleles.
I'm interested in adding a new population, especially the Japanese population rather than asian_pacific_islander the prior allele frequency to increase the accuracy at maximum.
Do you have any instructions for adding a new population?
