Outdated healing times

When getting the app configuration from /configuration/settings, the returned healing times are the following:
"timeBetweenStates": {
"highRiskToLowRisk": 20160, // 14 days
"infectedToHealthy": 43200 // 30 days
}Given self-isolation spans in Spain have been significantly lowered from 30 to 7-10 days, shouldn't these values be changed accordingly?
