[Bug]: The md file created from the db folder does not appear as a dot in the graph view.

What happened?

Hello. I am posting this because an error occurred in Graph View.
I hope the md file created in the db folder works well in graph view.
When I first turn on Graph View, the md file created in the db folder is clearly visible as a dot.
However, when I search for a word(without db folder file title) using the search box in Graph View, the dots created in the db folder disappear.
(However, if you search by the name_file title_of the md file created in the db folder, a dot is displayed.)

Is there a way to ensure that all dots connected to the db folder are displayed no matter what word is entered?

1. When I first turn on Graph View, the yellow dot created by the db folder is clearly visible.
2. If I enter the name_title_of the md file created in the db folder, the point created in the db folder will be displayed in the graph view.
3. When searching for other words, all dots created in the db folder do not appear.
   (The word I am searching for must be displayed as a connecting line because it is linked to the db folder.)

Please tell me if I have set something wrong, or if this plugin cannot catch search words other than the file title created in the db folder. thank you
