[Flatpak amdgpu wayland] video glitches h264 vah264dec

OS: debian 12
flatpak version
codec: h.264
decoder: vah264dec
gpu: radeon RX 5700
I saw several issues here describing similar bugs. Those were all solved by switching to the older decoder. My issue was also solved by switching to the older decoder (vaapidecodebin). Even though the problem has been fixed for me, this is still a bug, I suppose. Not a clapper bug, but I'm not certain where else to submit the bug report. Maybe you guys can help me get this bug report to the right place, if that is needed?

I see similar corruption on flatpak/wayland/Fedora Intel Meteor Lake. However, the nightly solves the problem. Nightly also has a comically large cursor, but that's a different issue.
