When exporting a livery via JSON with TSW2LM.exe version 0.3.2 in windows 10 64 bit.
Parsing UE4 save file structure...

When exporting directly by clicking the export button,

I'd love to but how can I share it without exporting?

go to Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld2\Saved\SaveGames and share the UGCLiveries_0.sav file
