[Issue]: Setting Present mode to Renderer Causes extreme audio issues.

Describe the bug
i recently discovered changing this option causes horrific audio issues in all versions and Emulators.
Steps to reproduce
simply toggle the setting
Expected behavior
normal audio despite the video setting.
