.raku extension not detected in vim and neovim

Description of issue
.raku files in either vim or nvim don't get recognized as raku files.

This should now be fixed in the master branch of vim-raku. I am working with Bram to replace vim-perl6 with vim-raku in a future vim release. Until then, you will need to install this plugin yourself.
