Impossible to change configuration once configured

Once I have a config file, there is no way for me to change the config anymore without manually editing the file.

Running --configure again should overwrite the config.
Doesn't that work on your machine?

You're right, that' what it looks like indeed.
We should add a warning to inform the user of this :)
