cant connect ssh or vnc

I install openssh-server to jammy:mate and change ssh port to 2022 (all ports on). I can connect but its not confirm my password.
Another issue is I open :3 port too. (I use 3 for vnc) I tried connect with my pc and its says host or port down. can help?
