Sound: after starting a new game, sound only partially works: all builds

If you start a game, go to the main menu, and start another game, the sound volume is incorrect some of the time and is inaudible.
Steps to reproduce:
1:Start a game
2: return to main menu (pause, mainmenu)
3: start a game
