EquipmentAndQuickSlots Overrides Config

Perhaps I missed this in the instructions on the link you provided for (renaming hokeys), but every time I load the game with [1] for Numpad 1 (and 2 & 3 respectively), the config file hotkeys are overwritten to the defaults. I am assuming this is a issue with it not recognizing the hotkeys, so I suppose this may not be a bug but rather a skill issue on part. If it is, I would appreciate it if you let me know what I am doing wrong.
