Suggestion: Add polished-specific tutorials akin to pokecrystal.

This would immensely help those trying to make their own custom roms, to have a set of tutorials for adding things such as trainer classes, pokemon, routes, etc.

It would also cut down on 'how do i do x' and 'what does error y mean' posts.
