CEC(T-Link) doesn't work on Odroid C2

Hello,

Odroid C2 user here, my TV's CEC(T-Link) doesn't work unless if I turn on this menu then it will show this remote and I can control the device. I tried irw via shell no response, enabled log to see what's happening and nothing. Unless if I turn on that menu I don't receive any response.

OpenPHT: 1.8.0
PMS: 1.10.1.4602 on Windows 7
