Is Random Reproducibility Possible? (Random Seed)

Is it possible to give a random seed to the Agent and to the Place Cells (or others) in order to have reproducibility of the results when using the same parameters?

It's a nice idea. Happy to support it. But, to be clear, is it not a working solution to just set the random seed before initialisation and if not, why not? e.g.:
