Add some Options to the Remix Menu

Some ideas:

• Enable / Disable certain ghost powers
• Stop Saint from being able to revive with Revivify (haha this is so funny though)
• Stop ghosts from being able to take the camera while players are still alive
• Option for keyboard users to disable the spacebar for reset on the game-over screen so they can still switch cameras
• Option for ghosts to come out of dens when they are eaten if I can figure out how to make it work without breaking
