Trouble with using pretrained checkpoints

I'm getting this error while using any pre-trained checkpoints. I'm new to this. I have searched everywhere but have found no suitable solution. Can someone tell me where's the problem, kindly?

the neural network is different, the network of the pretrained model is different from the program
