Windows 11 Defender is flagging the setup executable as a trojan and passing it through VirusTotal has 3 hits. Not sure how placate these but it is stopping it from installing.

That is annoying. You can try to install Qt 5.15 (Framework + Creator) and compile the program yourself. The innosetup script to make the setup is available in the repository as well, so you can check nothing malicious is being done...
