Gyroscope frequency clarification

Hello,

I don't understand this line:
https://github.com/ptrbrtz/razor-9dof-ahrs/blob/master/Arduino/Razor_AHRS/Sensors.ino#L168

Why is it telling "50hz"? In the datasheet, the sample frequency should be like
1khz / (11) = 90hz, isn't it?
