Not working?

Hello , i have the gamepass version of the game and seems like the world analyser is not updating when i reroll the campaigns , it just shows me 1 save with the first save date and time i launched the game

As mentioned in #46, the Windows Store version of the game is only partially supported, at best. It packages save files in a completely different way from other versions of the game and doesn't seem to update the save files in the same manner either.

Traveling to the world you just rolled forces the save files to update on most versions of the game (and therefore refreshes the analyzer), but that might not be the case for the game pass version.

Hey Razzmatazz , first of all thank you for all the work you have put in .
I have done some tinkeringsince the issue and could find the savefiles of gamepass in a different location (under ...AppData\Local\Packages\PerfectWorldEntertainment.RemnantFromtheAshes_jrajkyc4tsa6w\SystemAppData\wgs\ ) from which i could extract and overwrite into my EGS game save . I have then tested the tool and it works flawlessly , but now when i try to overwrite the gamepass save with the latest EGS one , an error stating " Delete this profile to continue" pop's up .
I would think it maybe an issue due to different versions 250.xx on gamepass vs 279.xx on epic

So you have (or had) both the Game Pass and EGS versions of the game installed? I think part of the issue with the analyzer not updating is that it's finding your EGS save and just displaying that. It only looks for the Game Pass version if it doesn't find the EGS/Steam saves. I should probably add a toggle that lets the user select which save location they want to use.

Although I'm a little surprised you were able to just copy and paste the Game Pass saves to the EGS save folder and it worked. Did the files in both save locations have the same names (e.g., profile.sav, etc.)? My understanding was the Game Pass version used a different save file structure, so I wouldn't expect the save files to be directly interchangeable.
