microg version：v0.3.1.4.240913
got 400 error when adding new account. How to solve it please?

If anyone is still having this issue, try using a different Google account.

A few years ago (and maybe still today?), MicroG refused to login with certain types of Google accounts such as a GSuite organization account and it gave this exact error.
