SPMP and Requirements Document Changes

These are the changes Dr. Brown told us to make to the SPMP and Requirments Document:
SMPM
- We use the term Google API in term of user knowledge it should just be Google
- Change everything to be in the present tense
- Make sure we are only using the term Group Admin throughout the SPMP
- Make sure Google is always spelled with an upper case G (5.1)
- Change class days to Monday and Wednesday (5.2)
- We also want to ensure we are using the languages best for for what we are doing and have a solid reason as to why we are using them
Requirements
- Put all definitions and lists in alphabetical order (1.3) (Possibly more)
- Use approrate tags for list and definitions
- Change Post definition to Post: Adds event... (1.3)
- Create some use case diagrams (2.2)

For the SPMP I created a pull request which involves the following updates aimed at fixing these issues:
- Looked for future tense statements and changed them to present tense.
- Made sure we are only using one term Group Representative throughout the SPMP
- Changed class days to Monday and Wednesday (5.2)

I changed the Requirements doc so that all definitions and lists are in alphabetical order, we're using the appropriate tags for lists and definitions, and the Post definition in 1.3 is changed.
I'll look into the use case diagrams for 2.2
