ReactiveX/RxGo

New maintainer?

Hello guys,

I wanted to raise the fact that I clearly don't have time right now to put enough focus on the project. Instead of shifting towards a dead project, I would like to see if someone from the community is interested in taking over the project.

Please, let me know. Thanks.

Hi @teivah, I would like to take up the responsibility

Hey @si3nloong,
Thanks for your interest. I've added you as a writer role. So you can handle issues and PRs.
Could you please start tackling issues and check existing PRs?
Let's give it a try and if everything is OK, we can add you a core maintainer.

@teivah thank you

Let's keep it open for the time being.

I am a fan of this project, now this project has a lot of unmerged prs(like this #273 ) and confirmed issues.

I think the most important thing right now is prs should be reviewd tested and merged as soon as possible, because some issues seriously affect functionality.

I want to give some help for review and test the code. if needed.

hope the project making progress soon. Hope more people come to make this project better.

I will continue to follow this project.

@teivah can we add hacktoberfest label into Topics?

@si3nloong Done

Hi @teivah, I would like to help.

We still need this project to find maintainers. If you want to contribute, the best way is to start discussing issues, opening PRs, etc.

I'm someone who uses RxJS heavily, so I'd love to use something similar for Go.

However, I've only now started learning Go.

But as soon as I get more familiar with the language, I'd love to help when I can.

(I've been looking for more FOSS projects to contribute to, anyway. lol)

Hi @teivah .

I would love to contribute to this project. I have 2 years golang experience and also use reactive java for work.

Clearly this has been too long and I, as the creator of this project, am considering stepping in at this point.

Hey @jochasinga ๐Ÿ‘‹ - I'm interested in helping out.
