What about Platforms?

In #9 @kjacobsen makes a good point about how what is written down thus far related to the support team and that got me thinking about Platforms and how this relates to them.
Looking at what we have in the matrix thus far there's a lot of points that I'm not sure are directly relatable to Platforms, so would it make sense to have them go through the same list? Would we have a separate list?
As the guy who creates everyone's accounts, judging off job titles alone, Platforms will be easier to align. Let me know if we want a list of titles.
The whole seed of this idea was to make something that was blatantly relevant to the work we do on a day-to-day basis. I think it makes sense for someone who is working in Platforms to craft something similar, but aligned to what they do day-to-day. If there's some alignment that might be convenient... :)
Just my thoughts for now.
Since Platforms hasn't existed for a year now, shall we close this?
