Grad Dev for Data

We need to add a Graduate Developer role for the Data capability. Good starting point is likely to be the Grad Dev role in Development.

I reckon the details would be quite different, if you can come up with some basics they have to know we could use the template and fill in the bullet points.

i.e.
I write production ready queries and know about db schema management.

• I am learning how to use tools to be able to manage database schema with rollback ability
