Reduce focus on "Development"

After reading the Managed Services roles a few times, there is a currently a heavy focus on development, much like the consulting roles.

Managed Services has a number of people who do not have a development focus, SharePoint, Infrastructure, etc. As this extends to more DevOps roles and with other projects coming onboard, we need to either split the roles, or make more inclusive descriptions.

This is important for 2 reasons:

  1. This will help with reviews (for example, not a lot of these things I feel apply to my role).
  2. Will help with recruitment.

Sounds sensible to me.

I wonder how much it should also be reflected in the Consulting roles?

Agreed. This aligns with our new hiring processes as well.

Wasn't expecting to self assign this one.

Changed title as this needs to reflect consulting roles and less Managed Services roles due to role alignment activities.
