Discord name sync API/OOO update API should always update MAVENS names with first letter as capital

Issue Description

When updating mavens names in discord name sync API, the first letter of the name should always be capital
Ex: if tejas is the username, then their name should be updated to Tejas

Expected Behavior

Maven name should always have the first letter as a capital

Current Behavior

Mavens name is the same as the username
