Unable to generate JSON in Ruby on Rails tab

Have tried multiple images (including Demo image), multiple browsers with the same results. Unable to get the JSON that is supposed to be pasted in config/favicon.json. Have let this run for upwards to 10 - 15 minutes with nothing rendering.

I'm experiencing this issue as well.

EDIT: Working now. Instead of loading the Real Favicon Generator page and then selecting Ruby on Rails at the final step, I selected "Favicon generator for Ruby on Rails" from the navigation bar at the top of the page, and then followed the same steps as before. It took around 10-20 seconds for the JSON to load that time.

I can't reproduce the issue. Granted, the generation is slower than what one could expect, but I get the JSON whatever the scenario.

Did you notice some JS errors or something?
