FYI Firefox for Android also supports Progressive Web Applications, i.e. the ones where a favicon is placed into your launcher. Maybe you can include it in tests too or – if there is a need – add some options to the customization page?

I think they should just use the same icon Chrome/ium also uses, but who knows…
