Incorrectly(?) reporting missing 48x48 ico resolution

I generated the favicon.ico file via your service, and uploaded it to my site. But your Favicon checker service reports "favicon.ico is missing some icons of recommended sizes (48x48)".
Opening the file on my system does show the presence of all 3 recommended resolutions. I wonder if it's because it's ordered 32, 48, 16?
