Remove HTTPS from current version URL.

Looks like PMS on Linux doesn't quite support HTTPS, which breaks the current version check. Need to point it to a new bit.ly url which points to the non-HTTPS version of the current version wiki page.

No one's complained about this in a while. Guessing it now works fine on latest PMSes. Closing.
