[C3M0_A] Enemy does not count towards target, due to animation state?

C3M0A, when player gets into last level section he must grab radio, and eliminate rest non-zombie enemies.
Had an situation where region was cleared and one guy was left, when found him in toilet, shot him and game for some reason didn't counted him towards target.
Thought maybe he is not the one, and searched for another one. No luck.
Later tried to experiment with him, maybe his state had some effect towards counter. Waited him to notice player and shoot, now when killed game counts him as proper target.

First video half - enemy killed - not counted.
Rest of video - waited for aggressive state to occur, killed, counts.

Try it now. I think the real issue here was that ThingCount didn't recognize that the replacement for the urinal SS officer was dead (its health was > 0).

Wish I had an standalone safe file, but via rotating quicksaves I'm not able to get into this situation back.
