ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tqdm'

I am trying to use the tool, and it saying the module is not found. I ran pip install tqdm , then tried running the tool and it still popped up. Before it said something like "cmd_clear" . Is there any way I can fix this and run the tool?
Note: tqdm is installed
