SVGs not loading on Android 4.x native

Does what it says in the title. None of the inline SVGs are showing on Android 4.x.

Also may be a problem on Nokia Lumia Windows Phone

Have tried updating the svg polyfill to fix, which is a bit more fruitful, but not much. Works in codepen though so I'm super confused http://codepen.io/gavynmckenzie/pen/aNGxZx?editors=1100
