Pickpocketing does not work

I just started a new game. Scoundrel that I am, the first thing I did is try to pickpocket Hedron.
My thief walked up to Hedron and... nothing happened. I did not even get a message in the log.
I tried with other NPC, and it's the same issue. Nothing in the log, nothing stolen. I tried it on my own party member (who had things to steal), and still nothing.
Anyone else had the same issue?
18 days and not a single reply. Is anyone else still testing? I cannot be the only one who tried to pickpocket.
Do you not have Class Revisions installed? Currently there's a bug where if Class Revisions isn't installed, pickpocketing won't work. This will be fixed in the next update.
