[2020Labs/OpenShiftSecurity] point 11 in lab4.5 needs to be clarified

The point 11 in lab4.5 shows a poor description on how to create the application on codeready. The picture is not the same as we got in the lab.

Also when creating & adding the application to codeready I'm getting an error:
