System test needs to be fixed: Install package after moving a system from one env to other

Due to recent changes and addition of content-view feature, this test needs to be fixed.

Fixed in PR: #874
Now it is required to add/select the content-view while moving the system from one env to other, so updated the test to create & publish the content-view to two different env's.
