RFE: potentially force a katello-package-upload

If I roll out a host via image, it shows up as 'katello-agent not installed' in Satellite. Running katello-package-upload --force resolves it.
Debug further, if indeed that is the case then just add this to pushtests.sh

hmm, this should not happen with current Satellite.
