Reply textbox autocompleted with first comment's text

Bug looks as follows:

Steps to reproduce:

• Creating a note, e.g. foo, on any file
• Note text such be updated to [TODO] foo
• Navigate to a different file
• Go back to the original file
• Reply textbox is autocompleted with foo
