Startup Fair link not instantly appearing in Navbar

OK this one's actually an issue, I swear.
The first time I open the rp page, "startups" isn't listed in the navbar. If I click anything on the navbar, then it appears.

Can't repro on live. Try clearing your cache or force refreshing the page and see if that resolves the issue, you may just have an older version of the site cached.
