Execute commands in console using a custom webhook

Ok, here is the situation.
Using this mod, I've created a #console channel on my discord server. It works perfectly, I can execute commands as the console just by typing in the server.
BUT, when I created a custom webhook for #console (unrelated to this mod), I wanted it to execute commands using that webhook. I haven't been able to do that, even though sending messages to #console manually (through my own account) works just fine. The webhook messages arrive to #console, but they don't get executed.
I'm wondering if there's any way to fix/get around this, since having the ability to run commands in the console using a simple webhook would be quite useful to me.
