Cannot Find Account

So I just set everything up and everything seems working fine. But when I try to deposit / withdraw / transfer money I get this Message:

In this case its for mechanic but if I try to do it with / to my personal account I get the same message, but instead of mechanic I get my ID or something

But somehow everything works anyways, in this case the message is just confiusing, because in the database and ingame everything works, its just this message coming up
