Feature request: Binned matrix plots

For large datasets it makes sense to bin rows together and report the average missing count per bin.

Binning is an interesting approach to this problem, and definitely worth exploring when you have a large dataset, but to be honest I think the manner in which you do it should be left up to the user. I don't want to be making this decision for you "automagically".
