Display improvements (all screens):
-Title and controls as blocks that appear next to each other if there is space, or break if there is not
- Title domain should be written out in full
- Title at 1.5rem instead of 1.75rem, and not bold
Mobile screens
- All top blocks should be centred
- Title should appear under logo
Note on what is full title - what's shown as "Cambridge" on the city map should be "City of Cambridge"
