Rather than Danesfield handling FMV to 3d tiles fully, we should investigate how hard it is to use RGD's underlying kwiver instantiation to convert these videos to point clouds, feeding that into the existing Danesfield pipeline.
Related to #38, as for that issue kwiver would likely also be used to extract video metadata, but that might be handled automatically by RGD's FMV module.
