Gamelist scrolling continues after specific navigation

How to reproduce:

  1. Enable Quick System Select in UI Options
  2. Navigate to a system with a larger gamelist (>300 entries)
  3. Keep the joystick Down until the fast scroll overlay appears (dimmed gamelist with two large letters in center), then move joystick Left or Right without letting it go into neutral position during this move -or-
  4. Navigate to an overly long game title which does not fit in the bounding rectangle. Wait until it starts to scroll. Then leave the system as in the step before
  5. Navigate back to the system by inverse direction (left/right)

Identified: Fast scrolling is continuing / the game title scrolling continues where left off. This can also be reproduced without Quick System Select but requires when e.g., holding joystick Down to press B at the same time and re-enter with A.
Expected: Fast scrolling is stopped when navigating back into the system and game title scrolling is reset to non scrolling, as initial.

Severity: Minor
Reproducibility: Always

Versions affected: 9277c35 and earlier
