Thanks for this after testing with the same command the error was not reproducable in my side, I think it's something
wrong with the code and let check it and make a update soon for now try this command and check it working or not:
subdominator -dL domain.txt -o output.txt then make another comment its worked or not.

Try to reinstall the Subdominator and check it if its not working soon I will make a update on it and please be patient for next update coming with lot resources and etc.
