Draft Raspberry Pi port

Need to write up drafts for the Raspberry Pi port. Including hardware
comparisons, software candidates (do we support pure Weston? Or X11 as well?)
and conversions for various things to conform to the hardware capabilities.

I don't know but I feel like once Weston and Wayland come out, X11 is going to
be a thing of the past.
